We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
• 30 days from delivery for returns or exchanges.
• Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
• Email support@profoundfashion.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• We will resend a replacement or issue a refund once approved.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size/Color Ordered
• Contact us within 12 hours after placing the order to modify or cancel before processing.
• After processing, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Non-returnable Items
• Final sale items, gift cards, and digital products.

Return Process
1) Email support@victorstorm.com for an RMA (return authorization).  
2) We’ll provide the return address and instructions.  
3) Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping & Processing
• Processing time: 1–3 business days.  
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  
• If the package is lost in transit, we will resend or refund after carrier investigation.

Wrong/Incomplete Address
• Please ensure your address is correct. Orders returned due to address issues can be reshipped (reship fee may apply).
